Ingredients
- 4 Vlasic Kosher Dill Spears
- 8 slices Gouda cheese
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions
- Heat nonstick skillet over med. heat.
- Add 2 slices of cheese at a diagonal, slightly overlapping.
- When cheese begins to melt & bubble slightly, add pickle spear.
- Cook until cheese begins to brown & is a bit crisp on underside.
- Fold edges of cheese over pickle with spatula & remove from pan.
- Serve with grated Parmesan, if desired.
Easy Dill Pickle Dip

- 1 c. Vlasic Kosher Dill Wholes, finely chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ½ c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- Crackers and veggies for dipping
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients (except crackers & veggies) until well blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Spread on crackers or serve with veggies for dipping.

- ½ c. Vlasic Kosher Dill Wholes, chopped
- 2 c. dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
Instructions
- Whisk dill pickle juice & sugar together until sugar is dissolved.
- Add chopped dill pickles evenly to popsicle molds.
- Whisk pickle juice & sugar again, then pour immediately into molds.
- Freeze at least 6 hours until solid.
